Palak Paneer

cut lots of ginger:


cook frozen spinach in microwave for forty minutes! we have ten packets total:


then take half and blend in blender:


cook ginger in oil: 


have paneer ready:


then add crushed tomatoes and salt, garam masala, red mirchi and haldi to ginger mixture:


then add spinach a bunch at a time to tomato/ginger mixture and cook for a bit:


mix:


add paneer:


yummy : )
