batter for the pooka (pancake): 1: 1/2 ratio of medha (flour) to sooji (1 cup medha and 1/2 cup sooji). 2 tbsp (or 1 karchi) sugar, 1/2 pint whipping cream and a little water. needs to be a crepe like consistency:
