here is the recipe for red chori. in the slow cooker, put ginger, 1/4 teaspoon haldi (turmeric) and 1 and a quarter teaspoon salt:
the ratio for red chori to water is 1 to 4.5. today I'm doing 1.25 cups of red chori, so I'm gonna put 5.625 cups of water : )
everything in the pressure cooker:
let cook on high for the rest of the day ~
