My breakfast (or late afternoon) smoothie:
Unsweetened almond milk
1 apple
Sunflower seed butter or one tablespoon of almond butter (instead of peanut butter) or cashew butter
One scoop of Greens First
Five frozen strawberries or blueberries
Yum
