Kheer : )

Soak rice over night. Then grind rice into small pieces (not into a powder). Then boil rice in a milk mixture made of half whole milk and half half and half. Boil for like three hours on medium. you will have to stir the kheer many times during that time. Then after that we'll add sugar, almonds and pistachio pieces. yay!
