1 slice of swiss cheese: 70 calories
tomato, cucumber, lettuce, jalapeƱos: don't know
bhujia 1/2 cup: 100 calories
dinner:
bowl of kaale chunne, around 3/4 cup: 201.75 cal
bowl of matar paneer: not sure, around 50 cal (how many calories is four pieces of paneer with a bunch of peas)?
