Bhindi (Okra)

cut okra:



don't include ends:


put oil in pan: 


add okra to oil and a pinch of aamchoor (fruity mango spice powder you can get from the Indian store) to control okra lace:


add onion, salt, turmeric, red mirchi (spice) and garam masala (coriander/cumin):
