Aloo Stuffed Green Peppers

peel 5 or 6 Idaho potatoes, wash and then cut cubicle style:


there can be no remaining brown spots. so peel further and then wash again:

add salt and coriander:


and red mirchi (spice) and garam masala (coriander and cumin):


mix: 


cut green pepper to store the aloo mixture:


stuff the green peppers as much as you can:


beautifully stuffed green peppers: 


then drizzle oil around the corners and in the middle. cover with aluminum foil and bake on 350 degrees for an hour and a half or so:
