Breathe deeply while completing tasks. All 'to dos' related to work, family, art, social and health related should be managed with a calm mind. Spend time with yourself and your friends especially if you're single to feel sane. Understand that the amount of work to be done will always feel overwhelming and the work will be waiting for you like a hungry child. You may feel massive amounts of guilt for not being able to attend to all hungry children. Focus on one thing at a time while you simultaneously organize everything.
