broccoli cheddar soup (please don't kill me): 220 cal

1 Starbucks shortbread cookies: 170 cal
milk in tea/coffee: 50 cal

5 Ritz crackers: 80 cal (whoa!!!!!!!! not doing that again)
some cheese: 60 cal
1 apple: 60 cal
1tbsp sunflower seed butter: 100 cal
1 ginger brew: 130 cal
two chicken kabobs: 60 cal
subjee and daal w one slice of multigrain bread (without the crust <cringe>): 320 cal

total: 1730 (oh man, yesterday was a better day)
