Matar Paneer (Paneer with Peas)

cut onion, ginger and garlic (two cloves) and put in oil: 


take paneer out of freezer (warm in microwave for a couple minutes):


then cut paneer into pieces, you won't need to cut the whole block for a couple people:


add three to four karchis (big spoon/ladle measurements) of crushed tomatoes into pot: 


and also add peas, salt, black pepper, red mirchi and garam masala. stir and cook for a couple mninutes: 


add warm water: 


cover and cook for a few minutes:


then add pieces of paneer:


cover and cook for a few minutes then you're done : )
