I love cauliflower and can eat it all the time. although I am not a big fan of potatoes but one must learn how to cook to survive.
cook cumin seeds in oil (I added ginger prematurely because my brain is overactive as usual so add ginger when you add potatoes later):
peel and cut four small potatoes (and a decent sized cauliflower):
add potatoes:
add cauliflower and regular masalas (salt, turmeric, red mirchi (spice), garam masala (coriander and cumin powders). cook : )
