So tonight we're having some basic cabbage and peas (and lamb curry from the freezer):
cut cabbage:
warm oil in pan and roast cumin seeds:
toss in cabbage and peas and regular masalas (salt, turmeric, garam masala (coriander and cumin) and red mirchi (spice)):
oops, I forgot to add ginger, cut ginger:
cut some more:
adore beautiful mixture:
save some for the rabbits outside:
