Gobi w peas

not to toot my own horn or anything but I make a mean gobi dish:

cut cauliflower:



in big pot, put in oil and let it warm up. then add jeera (cumin) seeds. let seeds brown and cook: 


add cauliflower and frozen peas to oil and cumin seeds and then add turmeric, garam masala (coriander/cumin powders), red mirchi (spice) and salt: 


stir and adore the beautiful mixture:


then cover and let cook on medium:
