but then there were a few nice people. One father and uncle and son stopped at our table and the father and uncle really wanted the son (who I don't think was above 20?) to buy Rakhi gifts for his cousin sisters. The son was very concerned about his budget and they were saying cmon man you can't expand your budget for your sisters! They were very avid in buying some smaller sets for the girls. But of course they have to get the wife/mother's permission. So they went to get her but she didn't want to get them. I think possibly the sets were a little too fancy for the teenage girls.

But very good family friends of ours who I haven't seen in years stopped by so it was such a relief to see them and I promised to visit them soon. And then our next door vendor neighbors were selling beautiful handmade Rakhis so we got some for our cousin and uncle. One task completed. I can't stop giggling in general.
