buy dough from Trader Joe's and spread on round pan. had garlic and herb dough today.
then transfer dough onto round wire rack thing after spraying rack heavily with canola oil:
put pizza sauce on top of dough (I used Classico sauce), then veggies (red onion, spinach, green pepper and tomato):
then top with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning on top:
then heat at 500 degrees in oven for twenty minutes. I don't know why I put the round pan underneath the rack this time in the oven. don't do that. I also forgot to experiment this time with cooking the dough first for ten minutes and then putting everything else on top so that a more crispier crust could result:
