prepare the dough:
shred cauliflower and a little bit of ginger and add salt, garam masala, red mirchi and ajwan seeds and mix:
roll out the dough and put a couple spoons of cauliflower in middle of dough:
then fold corners into center:
then dip into dough and roll out with rolling pin and repeat a couple times:
put thawa on stove and heat on high (especially for your first pronthee):
put smart balance oil in katori beside stove:
put a few drops of oil on thawa before you put pronthee on it. put pronthee on thawa. cook for a bit then flip:
then flip and put oil on second side:
then flip again and put more oil if you need to:
beautiful pronthee:
eat with smart balance butter, mango achaar and yogurt : )
you will never run out of yogurt with a tub of Desi Natural Dahi:
